Privacy policy

Last updated 28 July 2026. This policy explains what data The Premium Solar collects and how we use it.

1. Who we are

The Premium Solar operates solar-powered blockchain VPS infrastructure for validators, RPC endpoints, indexers and bare-metal rigs. This policy applies to our website, customer dashboard and hosted services.

2. Information we collect

  • Account details — email, password hash, and authentication timestamps.
  • Billing profile — full name, phone, company, address, city, state, PIN code.
  • Order data — plan, hostname, order/bill/payment/server numbers.
  • Payment references — UPI transaction reference (UTR) you enter to confirm a payment. We do not store your UPI PIN or bank credentials.
  • Server telemetry — IP address, provisioning status, uptime metrics.

3. How we use your data

  • Provisioning and operating the blockchain VPS you order.
  • Issuing tax invoices, tracking due dates, and matching UPI payments.
  • Sending service, security and billing communications.
  • Complying with Indian tax and telecom regulations.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share the minimum necessary with our datacentre operator, UPI payment rails, and legal authorities when required by law.

5. Data retention

Billing records are retained for 8 years as required by Indian tax law. Account data is kept for as long as your account is active and deleted within 30 days of a verified deletion request, except where retention is legally required.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to customer PII is role-restricted and audited. Passwords are hashed with modern algorithms.

7. Your rights

You may access, correct or delete your profile from the dashboard, or email us at support@thepremiumsolar.com for any privacy request.
