Terms & conditions

Last updated 28 July 2026. By using The Premium Solar you agree to these terms.

1. Service

The Premium Solar provides solar-powered blockchain VPS hosting including validator nodes, RPC endpoints, indexers and bare-metal rigs. Specifications are described on each plan page and delivered on a best-effort basis under the SLA below.

2. Billing

  • Plans are billed monthly (30 day cycles) in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Payment is due on the invoice date. Access continues until the next due date shown on the invoice.
  • Payments are made via UPI to 8770177820@axl (thepremiumsolar). Access is granted once our team verifies the UPI transaction reference.
  • Invoices unpaid 7 days past due may result in service suspension. Data is retained for 15 additional days before deletion.

3. Acceptable use

You must not run illegal workloads, launch attacks, distribute malware, or use our infrastructure for content prohibited under Indian law. We may suspend servers that threaten our platform or other customers.

4. Uptime SLA

We target 99.99% monthly uptime. Verified outages caused by our infrastructure earn a proportional service credit against the next month's invoice. Scheduled maintenance, force-majeure and upstream provider outages are excluded.

5. Data & backups

You are responsible for the software, keys and data on your rig. We provide raw infrastructure; snapshots and backups are your responsibility unless a managed backup add-on is purchased.

6. Refunds

New orders are eligible for a full refund within 24 hours of provisioning if the server has not been actively used. After that, unused prepaid time is not refundable.

7. Limitation of liability

Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid to us in the 3 months preceding the incident. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of block rewards, MEV, staking yield, or blockchain slashing.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be emailed to your account address at least 14 days before they take effect.
